Under counter dishwashers UC Series - The way to your dream machine
The UC Series of under counter dishwashers from Winterhalter adapt to your wishes. Because every pub or restaurant has its own character and its very own requirements, from the wash items to the available space. The revolutionary concept of the UC Series makes Winterhalter the first supplier to take this into account. The dream machine can be customised by using the following three steps:
Step 1:
Choose from four types for different applications with up to three standard programmes:
- Glasswasher
- Dishwashing machines
- Bistro dishwasher
- Cutlery washer
Step 2:
Choose the Size of the machine you require. All 4 types (dishwasher, glasswasher, bistro washer, cutlery washer) exist in 4 sizes:
Small - 460(w)x715(h)x654(d)
Medium - 600(w)x715(h)x657(d)
Large - 600(w)x810(h)x657(d)
Ex Large - 600(w)x810(h)x696(d)

Step 3:
Next decide if you require any of the following equipment options:
- Energy Winterhalter is the first manufacturer to succeed in developing a compact circulating air heat exchanger for under counter dishwashers and thus to recover heat efficiently in the smallest of spaces.The hot, humid water vapour is extracted directly from the machine‘s interior. Its energy is used to heat up the cold inlet water. The UC energy is profitable in more than one respect: It improves the room atmosphere, saves energy and is good for the environment. – this is an important advantage, especially in the counter area. - Cool(Glasses) The Cool versions of the glasswashers guarantee hygienically clean results with a constant temperature of hot water in the tank and at the same time cool the glasses with cold, fresh rinse water. The rinse temperature can be raised to 65 °C at the push of a button.
- ReTemp (Glasses) The Cool versions of the glasswashers guarantee hygienically clean results with a constant temperature of hot water in the tank and at the same time cool the glasses with cold, fresh rinse water. The rinse temperature can be raised to 65 °C at the push of a button. With cool glasses, you can be sure that beverages will retain their quality and beer its foam. In addition, they can be reused immediately even at peak times. And no more warm, damp steam escapes when the door is opened.
