Our range of Salad and buffet units are supplied by Roller grill and Blizzard.
The Rollergrill units are wood construction, open storage area for plates, trays etc; illuminated gantry with sneeze guard, removable plate slide to access 80cm wide doors. Supplied on lockable castors these units accommodates any combination of GN containers up to 150mm deep.
The Blizzard units are constructed using wood and stainless steel with granite shelves, with capacities from 3 to 6 x 1/1GN containers or combinations of these.
