We offer a full range of both heated and cold Bain Marie servers. Our Heated Bain Marie displays are supplied by Inomak, King Edward and Lincat, while we are also proud to supply the King Edward range of cold servers which are chilled by the use of Ice packs making them fully mobile and usable in any location.
Our Inomak heated Bain Marie table top display's are available in 3 sizes the 2 x 1/1GN capacity MB67, 3 x 1/1GN capacity MB610 and 4 x 1/1GN MB614. All of these units are made from high grade stainless steel with a glass structure with perspex sliding doors over the pans. These wet well bain maries can be thermostatically controlled between 30 to 70'c and also benefit from the the Inomak 1 year parts & labour warranty.
The Lincat seal range of Heated Bain Mariedisplays consists of two units the 2 x 1/1GN SCH785 & 3 x 1/1GN SCH1085. Both of the units manufactured in the UK are supplied with a 2 year on site parts & labour warranty. They come with 1/1GN containers 65mm deep and have a minimum food holding temperature of 72'c with thermostatic control up to 92'c. A humidity feature prevents food from drying out, meaning the food stays in optimum condition for longer, reducing waste , while the removable side glass and sleek profile makes cleaning easy.
These units also have a consistent profile with the refrigerated SCR785 & SCR1085 models which allows you to create an attractive space-saving modular installation of both heated and refrigerated units if required
Our range is completed by the King Edward Vista range of equipment. Part of the King Edward range of catering equipment products the Vista range of Bain Maries are split into two product types.
The Hot Box display is a dry heat Baine marie with glass panels giving all round visibility and has the option to be a self service unit if required. The unit is supplied with a 2/3GN container 65mm deep but will also accept 2 x 1/3gn containers.
The Vista Bain Marie units will suite together with the vista Bake & display oven and also the Vista heated displays to produce a stunning modern looking food service area.
The King Edward ranges of cold servers are a range of units that are cooled by the use of Eutectic Ice packs which can be frozen overnight and will then stay frozen for up to 10 hours. Using this cooling method it makes all the units fully mobile and available to be used even in areas without any power supply
