The PZ330 using high speed quartz/infra red elements can cook a fresh pizza upto 12 dia in under 4 minutes. From frozen cooking time is apporx 6 minutes. With a stone base for an even spread of heat under the pizza you will achive perfect results time after time. Thanks to the independent control of the top and bottom elements the PZ330 also works as a grill for toasted sandwhiches etc and a warming oven.
