The Blue Seal Turbofan range of convection ovens are the market leading ovens available and are manufactured to the highest specifications to create a perfect convection oven for every catering operation. All of the units in the Blue seal convection oven range deliver outstanding cooking, baking and roasting performance with features across the product range including bi-directional fans, safe touch vented doors and vitreous enamelled oven chambers. Split into three series the 20M series of machines includes the E22M3, E23M3, E27M2, E27M3, E28M4 units with all of this range benefiting from a reduced size footprint, drop down door, manual controls and a bi-directional fan. The 30D series of machines are the ultimate commercial convection ovens - ideal for baking, roasting and holding food with the range consisting of 3 units the E31D4, E33D5 and E32D4. All of these units have hinged side opening doors and digital display, time and temperature controls amongst their features. The range is completed by the P series of provers and holding cabinets. These units are easy to use with a smart design and even smarter engineering. The eight and twelve tray units come with an auto-fill humidity generator and holding cabinet function mode as standard.
From Lincat we are delighted to bring you 3 convection ovens all manufactured in the UK at the Lincat production facility in Lincoln. The LCO convection oven from the Lynx range of compact counter top cooking equipment is the first unit in the range and has been designed specifically for pubs, and cafes that wish to offer hot food where kitchen space is limited. The LCO convection oven is ideal for preparing hot pies, pastries and pizza while the oven fan gives a uniform heat and consistent cooking results allowing smaller bake off and roasting. There are then two other convection ovens from Lincat the ECO8 and EC09 units. These more heavy duty convection ovens both accept 1/1GN containers and also benefit from having a water injection feature as well as a cook and hold facility making them ideal for roasts, pizzas, pies and bakery products.
Manufactured in the United States Blodgett ovens are known for providing decades of trouble-free operation. Blodgett signature features include full angle-iron frame; double-sided porcelain baking compartment liner; rigid framed insulation; easy control and access; and front service access to motors.

The Blizzard BCO1 convection oven is ideal for the smaller catering business. Manufactured with a stainless steel exterior with an enamelled interior cavity the BCO1 has a manual thermostat and temperature range of +50 to +300'c as well as a 0 - 120 minute timer.
This unit is ideal for baking, cooking, reheating and warming.
